Quick summarized TL for the C-Part
Usual disclaimer and all that. I'm going over what she generally says and won't go into too much detail regarding the check-up because that's not really in my ballpark of vocabulary and I don't want to be cause of misinformation there.

==5/13/22 C-Part==
She starts by apologizing for taking a lot of day offs. She talks about the her hospital visit and talked about how her check-up went on. Apparently the hospital is pretty well known and is pretty apt dealing with situations similar to her. Notably, during the check-up she had her throat massaged while she was being told that she really needs to properly rest and to come back for another appointment.
Thankfully, she was also told that as it currently was, her problems can be fixed for as long as she rests properly.
It seems that during one of her break days, Marine had also contacted her on discord. Marine felt that Pekora's situation right now was similar and had stressed to Pekora how it important it is that she takes a break. Other members (from the recent collab) had also expressed their concern.
Her current plan is to take breaks when she can and finish off her current obligations. She wants to finish ER(she mentions later on that she didn't like the thought of leaving it unfinished before taking a break), play some select games (the cat one i assume), and finish her job obligations (one of which is the valkyrie connect one on the 17th).
If her condition doesn't improve, she plans on taking a long break in end of May or in June, until her condition is fixed, even if it's a month off.
She's still holding out hope that it gets better and that she doesn't have to take a long break. She'll properly take breaks, watch out for herself, and try her best not to stress her throat. If she does take a break, she'll be doing her best to return as soon as she can.
As a throwback to something she had mentioned a long time ago: She once mentioned one of the reasons why she avoided taking breaks was that she might get into the mindset that taking many breaks was fine and actually had found herself getting into said mindset recently; which she found concerning.

She begins by apologizing for all the breaks she has had an says that to put it simply she was diagnosed with having "Vocal cord nodules" after having gone to the hospital today. At first they tried looking via her mouth but her gag reflex would activate making them unable to properly observe her throat so they went through the nose instead which she also dislikes. The hospital itself is a rather famous one that has a lot of patients from various fields so they understand well the damages that occur from work. In any case Pekora explains that her work requires her to speak and that if she took a break in the past then it would heal, whereas now it will immediately go hoarse again. The doctor sympathizes and emphasizes the importance of rest, sleep, and hydration. For the time being she will get medicine, be told to rest, and come back to the hospital two weeks later.

Aside from that there was also this old lady that was tasked with checking the state of her throat, like how hoarse it was and giving her instructions. And this old lady was very peculiar making Pekora think that; "So this is what people mean when they say someone is peculiar". She spoke very casually with her remarking on a lot of stuff as she worked, like calling her throat stiff when touching and massaging her throat in various places listening to Pekora's reaction. The lady's remarks and massage went on for about 10 minutes until she said that she said that Pekora should sleep and avoid speaking as much as possible and ending on a positive note by saying that her throat is definitely going to get better and that they'll do it together.

The reason Pekora thought that this occasion in particular was bad was because she got a long message from Marine on Discord during one of her break days. A message that said that it felt like she was watching herself prior to having ended up in her own situation* and that seeing it is making her sad, so she stresses that this not a joke and that she has to rest when she needs to rest, and that she should go to the hospital to get checked. The message made Pekora rethink her mistaken idea that she can just power through and that somehow or another she'll be fine. Even after taking this three day break her voice wouldn't perfectly heal, she'd have phlegm come out, her voice would go hoarse immediately after speaking which made her think that she might actually completely break her throat.
Her plan for the reminder of May is that she still wants to do Elden ring, Nyanko Daisensou, and there is also a sponsorship stream. So she'll still be streaming here and there during May and once these halfway started games are finished she figures she is going to do a long break until her voice heals and she doesn't know how long it will take, perhaps a month, but if it heals faster then she wants to get back as soon as she can. But basically because of her own peculiarity of wanting to finish her started games, her having a sponsorship stream on the 17th, she wont start her long break until she has managed to sort her own stuff out as she wants. It is later brought up that she definitely do not want to leave something like Elden on hold for a month because she won't be able to get back into it after that and she'd hate it, so she is adamant about this.

My father was diagnosed with vocal cord polyps many years ago. He had surgery and rest of his voice for about 4 weeks and he fully recovered. He made the same mistake than Pekor, forcing his voice beyond limits. If I can recall it correctly, Pekora mentioned having gastroesophageal reflux and allergies, both conditions that worsen the symptoms of this disease. She definitely needs complete rest of her voice, and I mean full time. It's gonna be a nightmare for us nousagi but I really don't want to lose her because of something like this.

The only actual break she took with no streams nor off stream work was around holofes that actually seemed to work somewhat before she caught covid which fucked that up.

Honestly that was really reassuring to me. Biggest thing that was stressing me out from yesterdays stream was that she was planning to keep streaming ER. Also rather than trusting the weird doomposting here I think I'll trust the doctors that said she'll be fine if she rests 1-2 months, and she seems pretty committed to making sure her throat heals properly. Just hoping when she comes back she's smarter about how she streams.

Only thing that really changed from the previous convo was that she decided on dropping Elden and Nyanko in part from getting a talking to from Marine and others after the stream, and take that break effective immediately. The sponsorship stream is still happening.
Then some more tidbits about what she'll do during the break like try to be more active on Twitter to keep us from dying of deficiency.
