I don't know what i'm doing on these streams anymore, but i'm having a lot of fun. A viewer has shown me Hatoba Tsugu today and i feel like i want to get a VR headset in order to make similar scripted eerie / comfy scenes on livestream. I was never good at just playing video games on stream and make that interesting, but planning out these weird streams might be up more my alley. Oh yeah i also made a tiktok video, i'll be honest even after looking at tikkytokkies for an hour i can say i don't get them. I'm probably banished into obscurity for forever, but maybe that's fine.

So what I did first was just go for a design that was very close to me IRL because I couldn't decide at first and was too worried about how I'd be seen using anything more radical.

It ended up being a good choice so then there was no stress about needing to play into some character and build up a community that likes me for me.

I'm now at the stage where I'm slowly transitioning over to what I truly want, but now I'm feeling much more comfortable and confident. My current community is very aware of the rebrand but they're wonderfully supportive of it.

Do any of you have experience with rigging? I'm currently in the process of rigging my own model, and while it's mostly going well, there are a few perspective tricks I can't quite figure out. In particular, my character has a ponytail. I can't figure out how to make it so that the gathered hair actually looks like it has depth instead of like it's just sliding around. Anyways, looking at your stream you seem to be competent and being entertaining. Your mic quality isnt super clear but that isnt a big enough problem for most people. Looking at your stream content, it seems to be incredibly generic. Other than ASMR which is a big audience draw but that audience is fickle that wont come to stay.

I think you have to think about who and what your target audience is and what kind of content you would like to make. Pokemon, minecraft, Xenoblade and art are extremely competitive things to stream that wouldnt draw you much of an audience due to the amount of other streamers streaming that same kind of content while being experts at it.

I'd suggest you have a think about what kind of content you can create that would be your brand and identity and something you'd enjoy doing inspired from other content creators on youtube or twitch.

The PFP is nice, but the lack of colour, and the skinny black lines, make it such that browsing at a normal distance, there's no detail.
If you're going for a completely minimalist, it might sort of work, but I'd consider using your PNG but cropped, as I think it'll stand out more.

Bit of lore, but not much, which is good to give that first bit of interest; links to designer and pfp is good, as it stops people screeching about it. Art tag is mostly empty, nothing recent. Going from the lack of 18+ tag, and the lack of 'no under 18' icon, I'm assuming you've no interest in smutty fanart? this isn't explicitly called out, so (see Miru) you might want to either add it as a rule somewhere, or generate the tag and chuck the piece from trash with the armpit hair into it. Otherwise, you'll get MSPaint Inflation Art in your normal art tag (not a threat). Link in your profile's a good choice too.

Schedule tweet, which is great. Nice and readable, dates and days included, times are too. I don't like the font of the timing, but that's a personal choice.

PFP/Banner - Change your pfp to the cute art of you sitting with your hands under your chin. Having a more dynamic PFP will help a lot. As for your banner, it's a fine picture but I do think you would benefit a lot from having a cute logo that stands out and catches people's attention.

I don't speek Jp, don't know if you do. But with Jp characters, expect people to speak Jp at you.
Link is your twitch, and not a mobile link. Perfection.
No fanart tag, and no 18+ stuff. I know you're not 18+, and don't want lewd art, but no fanart tag means you'll get @ed for it.

3 - Pinned
It's an intro, with pics of your PNG, reactions, and an extra art piece. Link to your twitch again (good job), and confirmation that all art is made by you.
I don't know if you have a schedule, or all guerilla, but a schedule might be good. As is, this is fine for if you don't, but maybe consider adding something (comment/replies) of "normally stream M/Th/Sa/Su at 21:00 JST" or whenever works.

4 - Following
There's a lot of artists, a lot of JP accounts... And very few m*les. Lots of babis though.
If that's what you're into, fair enough, but this was noticeable as I checked through - you're following the self posting females and babis, then ignoring the males. That potentially avoids drama, but when people notice (And they will) it looks weird.
I'm semi guilty of this myself, and I agree that women are pretty, but still.

5/6 - tweets/replies
You've got a mix of your stuff and retweeted, which is nice. But it tends to be bigger creators. That's fine, but it does mean perhaps other small streamers are less likely to RT you themselves.
Also, you have a good chunk of armpit maidens, huge breasts, and revealed thighs in your RTs. Given you wanted to stay seiso, maybe a like?

There's nothing wrong with selling merch from existing IPs like video games and vtubers like NijiJP and Hololive as an artist. It's a gray area so you're totally allowed to do that. You're allowed to run your store too but for safety reasons it's best to not explicitly link your vtuber identity with the store.
