Before his debut, Rikka was the one who started questioning why the members had not had a full collab yet when they were supposed to be part of a team. There was a Miyabi, Kira, Izuru, Arusan, Suzaku zatsudan collab because of this (Rikka didn't participate because this was also before his debut). This VOD is also gone, and I came upon the info from that one clip from the dedicated Tuner clipper I believe.
Anyway, it's wild how that 2 members could just not interact in a way they had no impression of the other for more than half a year. Stars really had no people in charge back then.

Gamma's drawing skill is very good and his ability to keep the audience engaged with whatever he is doing is amazing.
Uyu really loves talking and stalking his fans. Despite being an old man, he pushes himself hard to deliver lengthy content to his fans, I hope he doesn't end up in a hospital, again.
Fuma is adorable and wants to bone Astel whenever he is in smelling range. I fully expect him to be Astel 2.0, minus the menhera attacks.
Rio is a weird case. His singing voice is amazing and really helps to bring some female key into Holostars, without the unicorn problem. While savage and adorable, he really answers a lot of questions that shouldn't be answered in the first place. There's an unlisted stream in which his ego goes out and didn't sit well with me, you can find it in his playlists if you are curious.

Just needs to do his networking reps and he's set. His content's vast too, as he can draw virtually everything from illustrations of others to manga. If he wants, he can also game and it's more or less guaranteed fun because of his personality.
I still think he's a bit subdued for a supposedly party person. I don't see him "growing" too, as in he's already in his final evolution (forgive my horrible description).

Works A LOT. Like A LOT. Beside all the streaming I heard he said he's taking vocal practice too, and his streams he makes such that he can learn from it too. I think he realizes he's the most "untalented" compared to his peers who can game, draw, and sing (not counting he's a boomer with tech too). His singing voice is great though.
My gut tells me he has more in plan but is saving it for later. He also doesn't seem to have connections in the industry so he needs help there. I respect how different his chat's culture to other Stars though. Breath of fresh air even if some people might not like it.

If you asked me to find the one most similar to Rio in the current Stars, it'd be Robesan. They're similar in that both love to observe human being, to see other people's reactions. While Robesan drags people to the extreme to find where they "break", Rio draws the line to see if they want to jump over it. Both easy to befriend, but also have very strong stance on something. And just like Robesan, Rio can collab with people from outside Stars with no problem, so he's going to be fine.

Very calculating and has the quality of a leader. He's the type to stand back, watch the situation, and decide from there (preferably without anyone noticing). You can see how he always plays sniping or "scummy" heroes/legends in FPS. I know Astellas think he's going to be Astel 2.0, but that's probably going to be far from the truth. He's more Rikka in Stars, but the closest probably to Hal (from my impression of Hal as I don't watch him much). I'm waiting for whatever he has prepared.

The striking difference is how he remembers his chat's names and doesn't shy away to mention them. I feel like he remembers everyone who banters with him or does something memorable. By that I mean everyone. I believe his chat is relatively civil because of this.
