Even though there are a handful of people who say Miko's voice is annoying it is also one of her greatest strengths. Even if you don't understand much Japanese, just listening to Miko talk is entertaining and funny in and of itself since her voice is so unique. Pekora, Gura, and yes, even Vox have this quality as well.

That brings me to my main point. Kobo has this quality as well. Unlike my Japanese (which still mostly sucks mind you), I don't understand a lick of indo. Yet I had Kobo's stream on in the background the other day just listening to her talk. She has an amazing voice. No wonder she is so popular.
