CR cup has actual pros and shit, so these are even more essential and the style of play is even farther from ranked.
Furthermore, any strong team needs a very smart IGL who has experience and understanding of tournament lobbies (mostly males).
Your oshi would be a pretty strong contender if she did these things, but it seems like she won't (and anyway has claimed that she will never join another tournament). But if she really did want to join she'd probably be able to swing an invitation.
