I really hated that too. I tried testing prior once I had the model in my hands, but seems that my testing wasn't enough... I feel terrible about it too, and I really want to make Marbu's effort not be wasted at all.

Will the weird buffering/quality/etc. issues go away if I get a graphics card? Probably, my PC is otherwise pretty beefy, but no GPU and 10Mbps upload internet means I can't do what I want to do without either having these issues or compromises.

Art style has a specific meaning other than the five major qualities of the visual arts, and saying right just implies the style selected has to be specific. Which would be my cause for contention.

Based on that and the other or so comments made earlier, I'd contend the style you select doesn't need to be specific and the quality of the art is the only important thing.
If you can meet a minimum standard that needs to be met, not a higher threshold, then you're all good. The design shouldn't even really matter as everyone agrees.

Free model and huge raid (50 people) on model debut is pretty good, and I'm sure many would love to have that. But speaking more on the frame rate issue, I'm sure there are some adjustments that can be done in OBSlol[/spoiler] and VTube Studio such as not letting the model run at 60 FPS which is an auto tick, and maybe lowing the tracking quality to see if it helps a bit with FPS. And in Minecraft there are a FEW changes that can be done such as switching over to opti-fine I said this but as I was typing with the vod playing on my right monitor I saw him zoom in, so he already has., turning off the transparent leaf blocks, turning off the clouds, and possibly... lowering the render distance.
