Everyone was doomposting Ina stream times at the start and she has managed to get one of the most stable bases, so it will just take someone parking themself in the 2 hours before her and then comitting.

I stand by saying NA primetime is NA PST (5 PM PST) since the discussion is constantly centered on Gura's timeslot and that's usually the HoloEN (and NijiEN Girls, last I checked?) numbers peak even when she's not streaming. NA EST primetime would be closer to 3-4 PM PST (see: ye olden TV programming), which still replicable debuff hours for anyone not called Ina, or Fauna now I guess. Kiara usually bookends EU primetime (10 AM PST onwards) so the timeslot's technically occupied, yet everyone agrees that's peak debuff hours.
