When you're the only person chatting with a 2view that has a million different mental issues it's going to be like walking on eggshells to make sure you don't offend or trigger them. Same thing with any chuuba that advertises their stream as a "comfort stream" or "safe space". I don't know if there's a way to filter by suscriber count but if you just search for "vtuber" and then use the filter option to find livestreams or recent uploads there's a bunch of small chuubas that come up. They're mostly in Japanese though.
