I'm totally sold on Kaela now. She started out sort of rough but she's better than like 99% of Holomems at video games, which causes less frustration to watch. I usually don't like ID accents at all, and she has a rather strong one, but it helps that she doesn't spew a ton of bullshit and instead just keeps it short and to the point. No wasted words.
This latest collab with Kronii also proved that she functions well in a group setting. Most Holomems tend to be shy and all tee-hee among others, but Kaela speaks her mind openly without saying stuff constantly. It's really refreshing and helps to break the ice.

Looking back on it, I think her debut was just a real bad case of stage fright.

She has softened so much and come into her own, really. She is even following in another yellow woman's footsteps (Ame) and creating her mini universe with all the different characters she plays.

Aqua and Botan are probably on the same level, 99% was obviously a slight exaggeration. The point is that most holomems are quite bad at even understanding what to do in most games. They get confused, can't tell which way they're supposed to go, etc. (It can get a bit frustrating when they're just walking in circles.) Based on her performance in the collab and Crash Bandicoot, she just gets it.
