I make clips so i have some insight on this. It's because sex sells. The lewd titles and thumbnails get clicks while wholesome shit doesn't get looked at. It's easy to make a minute long clip of a VTuber making a sex jokes or talking about their vagina problems. While a 5 minute or longer clip that talks about some thing wholesome or serious takes a bit longer to make. Part of it also comes down to the average watch time of videos. Most people need to have their attention grabbed within 30 seconds, if they don't they'll click away. Most videos on Youtube almost never get watched the whole way through because of this.
