This is obviously bait but this topic allows me to explain exactly what I appreciate about Vera so much. We saw her momentarily in the gen2 debuts which would've been mid-December and then little else until she started emerging again in February. This aligns exactly with what we've been told about Misaki beginning to fuck off in December and then shit really falling out with the ghosting + Lumi and Yuri to leaving in beginning of March. So, as a relatively new and unattached manager, Vera could've easily said wow fuck this mess and walked away from it all. The talents all signed onto the lie that was CyberLive, the rebrand of Yunity. Yes, it was not a rrat. The former talents did all they could to warn everyone, but ultimately hoped that they were wrong and that CyberLive really was under new management. That is, until Misaki debuted and her voice was recognized.
Misaki tried to lie to the talents about her age, her identity, her affiliation with Yunity, the company's "rebrand" and more.
She would continue to lie more, by giving talent's false promises, lying about the status of payments to artists, lying about the status of projects, and more. She would go on to doxx talents' personal information to other talents without consent, fail to do the very basics of being a manager, shove all her work on other people, and take random and unannounced hiatuses. She lied about the status of merchandise, and we all saw the result of that. Hylo left when she could, before Misaki could fire her for not using the cute voice. Lumi tried to help take Misaki's work, but no talent should have to become a manager. Yuri wanted out long ago, but stayed to be where her friends were until Lumi agreed to leave as well. Vera came in too late, CyberLive was already a sinking ship, but she did what she could until the end. Misaki had already wasted CyberLive's funding, and was even preparing a Gen 3 before ensuring projects for Gen 1 and 2 were paid off and taken care of.
Misaki was a lying child who had no idea how to manage a company, and fucked over 10 girls in the process.

Sato Misaki placed an order with Vograce on November 24, 2021 to produce select items from three of our four marchandise batches, which concluded on 09/09, 10/08, and 11/06, respectively. These items were originally planned to ship to a member of the CyberLive management team, who would then oversee shipping of items to customers. Updates from Misaki to CyberLive talent and staff noted that production had been delayed, or that items were in various stages of production and fulfillment. This was found to be untrue.


Following Sato Misaki’s termination from CyberLive, investigation into the order status revealed that her last communication with Vograce was on November 26, 2021, in which she was requested to approve proofs for production. She failed to do so, and production was placed on pause by Vograce until an approval was received. These emails - and all subsequent requests from Vograce - remained unanswered until CyberLive was able to investigate this issue further. Vera Vee was able to resume communication with Vograce on March 19, 2022 and continue production on select items within our production order.
