Pretty much just BT3. After I finished BT2 I decided to fix my sleeping schedule but it turns out I'm not a morning person because a week into waking up early, suddenly I didn't manage to anymore and it was a waste of time to sleep early to wake up late and-, ahem, anyways, I've been too tired to work on anything else. BT3 is coming along very slowly, I was struggling with the plot section before the smut but I just fixed that by putting the smut sooner in the story and it even improved my writing because I got to erase some really bad environment description which I really didn't like. Still got to see this with commissioner since it was something I came up with just now, but yeah. But if you're wondering what I was working on before this whole ordeal, these are titles and why I dropped them:

Stray cat - sex with teenage runaway Okayu (didn't manage to write a plausible scenario for picking Okayu up and her accepting to being your partner in bed)

Upholding the law - police story with chuubas (didn't know what I wanted from the plot)

Wild West(undecided title) - Gura cowboy smut (halted and possibly abandoned after I fucked up her personality too much, treating her like Niji slut feesh)

Idol management - catching Suisei masturbating as your first time meeting her as her new manager, things escalate from there (didn't know if I wanted to make this plot or smut and that ate me up from inside)

HoloBrothelJP - not dropped just don't wanna do it now

Afloat with a lion - sex with Botan on stranded boat (too much plot, too serious plot, wasted too much time and lost motivation, should've gone with cheap quick smut from start)

The nuts all around us - mystery story around Risu futa (too much plot, 8K words of it, lost motivation once I realized this would fit better as a regular story but without the futa it's just bland and boring)

I know she's depressed or overburdened and that's why she's so lazy, but I don't know why, so I can't be mad at her. I probably should have worded what I meant more clearly; plot or smut focused the story is going to be centered around sex, so (and this is just judging from the plot blurb you gave out so pardon me if I didn't guess what you were planning correctly) the fic will either be "plot" about Suisei degenerating and doing lewder and lewder shit (presumably egged on by (You)) with each short scene highlighting the progression of it, or it'll be a "smut" that focuses on one scene made specifically to get the viewer to jack it to presumably after some setup.
I'm guessing your conflict here is the fact that by nature of it it will have to involve sex scenes due to the setup of it but having it just be that single smut scene would in some ways be a 'cheap' way to handle the concept that doesn't do it justice, but not having a sex scene would be untenable to the whole concept you were building up.

Nothing. Absolutely goddamn nothing. I typed three sentences of Holofantasy today then spent the rest of the day fucking around Elden Ring after a "friend" got in contact with me and took up a few hours. Now the weekend's over. I'll hammer out Matsuri's Baby Carrot 3 at some point before then.

Even if you think it's perfect and that you've spent enough time on it, go over everything you wrote again slowly. Scan the fucking words for anything. A double space, a remnant of an old line. Don't just let your eyes glide over the words you've seen dozens of times for any major fuck ups.

These last two paragraphs are in roboco's pov when the rest of the scene is in 2nd person. My point is pretty much either have that last section entirely in 2nd person, with (Your) breakdown included so that Roboco line has the most impact as a 'wham line' ending the chapter, or have the entire part be in Roboco's pov so that it seems to be building up to another scene of abuse... but then anticlimaxes with Roboco seeing You head down, head shaking, Roboco says her line, chapter ends on it like right now but with the line given sufficient build up to make the line impactful.

I'm working on a sequel to A Friend, I had a lot of fun writing it and after hearing what I could do for improvement I'm motivated to write more, as I already have a plan for what I want to happen next.

The way I do it is I switch from writer mode to reader mode. Put on a mental state as if I wasn't the one to write this, and I'm a reader. It helps you relive your piece, seeing if all the parts come and go as you planned or wanted, while seeing some grammar mistakes along the way.
