The main two people I remember her being friends with as Miki/Ria (outside people now in NijiEN) were Valefor and Kani, and she's still clearly friends with them if you actually pay attention to her.

I don't have the clip/timestamp on hand, but she did say on stream she wanted "Rosemi" to grow up. People assumed she meant stupid stuff like cursing on stream.
But I think she meant her humor and she herself growing up and feeling on the same wavelength/agegroup as the rest of NijiEN. Because who she was to this point sure doesn't fit in the "college students hanging out" atmosphere that NijiEN has now. I see this current decline in content quality as her trying her best to "grow up".

It's a shame because I liked who she was as the president, it was fairly unique. But then again, I don't want to doompost her, since I got used to the transition from the ghost maid to Pomu just fine.

I always get confused whenever I see anti-rose threads like this. I watch her all often ever since her debut and never once have I felt any kind of hate or annoyance to her, save for when she takes a long time to understand something or whatever. I wouldn't call myself a huge rosebud, I already have an oshi, but I find myself getting more frustrated with my oshi than Rosemi for some reason.

I cancelled my membership and stopped watching her when she had her collab overload, I recently watched some of her stuff here and then but never comment in chat as I find it awkward (and she said she's familiar with the name of her members, plus I donated and SC'd often). I'm not an anti and I think her content has gotten a little better, but as much as I liked some member stuff, she doesn't upload enough of it to justify having the membership and her regular content isn't so good to justify having it "symbolically" just to show support because of how much I like her regular stuff.

A lot of people here seem to have issues with Rosemi's character and characterize her as malicious, but she really seems to just be a somewhat undecisive and quiet girl that has trouble finding the right words to express herself. If I were to gauge how people here see her: very few are still /rose/ yesmen that think she did no wrong, even when much of /rose/ complained solely about her content. Then you have the people who have this positive ambivalence towards Rosemi; maybe former membuds that don't anti her, but aren't convinced she is deserving of monetary support because of the content. And then the vast majority (in percentages, I think 10% are yes men, 20% just "like" her and 65% hate her) are people that absolutely despise her somewhat irrelevant to her content. I think they were initially dissatisfied, but with all the rrats going around of her being manipulative and having a bf and blah blah blah, they are genuine schizos she likely won't ever win back.

As I said, it seems Rosemi is just terrible at making important choices because she feels she's been sort of typecast as the pure maiden of NijiEN even though it is not an image she wants to give because it isn't true to herself. I think it's easy to see her best friend in the group is Luca because she has said he reminds her of her brother, and she also seems to hold Selen in really high regard even if that isn't apparent in streams as much as they don't collab all that much (or talk outside of talking when they need to, it seems). I also think people overestimate her friendships with both Elira and Pomu, because it just seems like El Presidente collabed with them a few times, rather than being outright besties or whatever (although Pomu is very keen on being friends with Rosemi, but given Rosemi's attitude, I suspect Pomu doesn't reach out to her much).
I hope that in her upcoming zatsudan Rosemi not only updates us on her plans for the future in terms of content, but maybe discusses some changes she might want to take with her persona. I know I'd want her to play some of the games she says she liked to play, like the Zeldas of the 64, Metroid, maybe the new Kirby game.
