Her early collabs were bad. She would just expect things to work. She was way too awkward, and the first with Coco was knowing graduation was coming (but it hadn't been announced yet). She's definitely improved with preparation and interaction. In general she really got into Hololive more and embraced it. In the beginning she didn't really know that much about it and was too concerned with not wanting to both senpais by approaching them.

Yes, but this varies greatly. For instance Kiara is an extrovert who was very active socially during her other career. She has no problems talking or interacting with people, it's simply that her interests put her outside of the normalfaggot school setting. Calli seems to have had it worse in this regard because she was almost certainly bullied and had a shit social life. I remember her saying something to that effect and there seems to be a lot of justified bitterness in her because of that. I think that was part of Mori's recent realization that she wasn't just bullied like some kids, she was abused by her peers and the teachers looked the other way. I know exactly what it is from personal experience, she is trying to act sober and is very good at it.

She is a functional addict, and I used to do the same. She slips on the mask and can pretend almost perfectly. It's something that comes from years and years of daily use, and her "normal" voice is just her with a few drinks in her.

She is drunk 24/7, but her tolerance is so high she can toss back shot after shot and still "seem" normal but fake. Most people don't see this but I have been there for years. It sucks and I really hope one day she realizes how her actions and lifestyle affect her fans.

I was a deadbeat but sober... then all her drinking streams made me buy a few beers on the way home one day, time to crack a COLD ONE with my favourite reaper, then I relapsed.
