Three ways I can see it being done, Firstly as a normal MC story arc that has that a before and after hypnosis part where the 'gap' between the narration is used to highlight how the hypnosis is affecting (You) i.e it's reflecting what the your mind is going through.

Hmm, you'd probably need to actually first settle on a scope for the site to be honest. If you just want a similar deal to what we have today where the site is just a portal to anons' self-hosted Google docs/Rentry/Pastebin links, that doesn't take a huge amount of knowledge to do.

If you want to set up a website kind of like AO3 where fics are posted directly on the page, though, that's an entirely different level of complexity. There may be open source projects out there that you can just deploy though I'm not familiar with any. You'd still need a database etc.

Ultimately if you want a domain name, you can create a CNAME that redirects all traffic to the Google Script/Rentry page (I think) so it's a bit cleaner than what we have today. No need for an extra cost besides the domain name.
