Irys is clearly suffering from depression.
Negative thoughts, Problems to fall sleep, Anxiety, Frequent Nightmares, Stress and feeling isolated.
My bet is that she went to a good psychologist today, after talking to her mother.
Once she starts to figure out her feelings and control her emotions more, she will feel much better. It takes time and effort, but she can do it for sure.
