With how strict cover is, getting content ideas seems pointless cause you'll be forced into Apex, GOI, jump king, and all the same bullshit everyone else does. In the end your personality matters most. But either way, if you're able to set up collabs that don't rely at all on games, those are usually the most fun. JP would do shit like that a lot, the telephone collab, the thing Ayame and Mio did where members would just call in and pray to Ayame for things they wanted, Asacoco, Choco's intelligence test. Since personality is everything in such a restrictive company, these events that help highlight the talent's personalities are excellent and would help you stand out.
