I think all gens eventually drift apart to a certain extent over time. Many of them are from radically different age groups with not much in common and are only grouped together to debut as a gen. I don't think it necessarily mean they are on bad terms or whatever.

It also helps that NePoLaBo all have very unique identities so there is no stepping on each other's toes, so to speak.
