Even if the publishers are like Devolver Digital and give a blanket permissions list, it seems like Japanese corps want it in explicit writing.
Another thing to consider is that Amiya loves doing presentation lists every once in a while, something that would be outright impossible to do again given how draconian Japanese law can be.
