Keep in mind that INNK was structured much more like a normal record company, and she was the sole income source for INNK so she was paying the frog's salary and whoever else was a part of the project and not under Cover. She also mentioned a little how under INNK she wasn't free to just do whatever she wants. We'll probably never know exactly what the revenue split was like, but it was almost certainly much worse then the 50/50 on SC/membership post Google cut that Coco talked about, and then a good portion of that money was reinvested into more content in the form of music, free 3D lives, and so on. There's also the simple fact that when she signed up to be AZKi, she didn't sign up to be a streamer, and has mentioned more then a couple of times she's really worried about how to do solo streams which is why she does so few but also so many collabs, relatively speaking.

Honestly kinda impressed she didn't completely freak out about how many people caught the last couple streams. I suppose she's gotten some practice with streaming over the past few months, but it's still a big jump from a few hundred to tens of thousands.

I was trying to figure out what the possible break-even point on a music release was. It turned out to be way more views than I expected. Of course originals also get released on places like itunes, but covers AFAIK only get revenue via superchats during the premiere and the ongoing ad income.

Also for any randoms reading this, if you are an AZKi fan but don't normally get into roommate stuff, I still recommend checking her music out. She has a lot more musical liberty outside of the AZKi role and puts out a lot of songs that really suit her voice. She still treats it like a professional VSinger role. She has a pretty healthy number of members, at least 2000 between both personas based on the number of emotes that she has, a 1600 and 400 split, and has not terrible superchats, though ironically enough she makes more on that side as her roommate. I don't think she's living hand to mouth, but I do think she spends a good amount of that money back on content, whether that's the musician she hires to perform for her singing, covers, or original music.
