This is unrelated to Mori, but that frame dropping shit happens in games that have no FPS rendering cap or the cap is set to unlimited. Mostly APEX. Everyone uses nvenc to encode their streams so they fucking start dropping frames because the GPU is using all memory bandwidth to shit out as many frames as possible. They should use software rendering for those games but won't for some reason. The drop in quality is fucking negligible, people won't notice.
