Anon I feel you, I also like to sing stuff like B'z and Fukuyama Yoshiki, but my voice is just complete shit and I would gas out in less than 5 mins. Voice training and breath control definitely helps to strengthen your endurance in your upper range. Just do daily voice training from various youtube sources if you don't have the time for singing lessons, that's what I'm also doing.

When you design accessories for a character, you have to consider how they fit into the character design. So for starters, why flowers? Does your character love flowers? If so can you get that across more creatively, like making her silhouette resemble a flower? Why would she put them in her hair like that? How does she even do that, how do they stay on? Where does she get them from? Your character is a living breathing person, if they put something on it was a deliberate choice, just like you would put on your favorite dress or sun hat. Every accessory should tell a story, so when you approach it like that it’s easier to balance out how many a character should have, because telling too many stories becomes troublesome. Then you have practicality to consider; sometimes you want to put accessories in places you want to draw attention. Off the top of my head I can think of Koyori’s tie, which leads the eye to her delicious midriff. So here, if you’re going to go with those flowers, keep in mind they’re placed somewhere the viewer probably won’t even be seeing much of (a ponytail, which is behind her if she’s facing front). Maybe a corsage would be better, either by her wrist if she uses her hands a lot, or near her booba because booba

The absolute biggest issue I see filtering through 2views is bad audio. First of all follow the general advice in the OP. Removing noise from your room is better than all other choices.

Grab a good compressor and EQ plugin that works in OBS. Make sure to use their "Live" setting.

Use the compressor to make your voice stay closer to an even level of volume. Generally done by lowering the threshold, turning up the ratio, and increasing makeup gain. Don't overdo it.
Use the EQ to remove 2-6dB (bell shaped) at 250Hz and 600Hz. Add 5dB at between 4.5-5kHz depending on how deep your voice is. If you want a "meatier" sound, add 2dB at 85Hz and 130Hz.

Remember that in OBS you want your voice to stay in the yellow part, while the game maxes out at the top of green, so adjust or limit their final levels there.
You can find tutorials for what to boost and what to remove for any type of voice by searching for "EQ vocals for...".

Maybe i should have worded my post a little better, and i might be the wrong person to ask but i'll try to apply what little design knowledge i have to answer the question. Generally most design that lean onto "anime"-style will end up as sort of "simplified" (that was the initial purpose, so it's easier to animate). Your design has elements we all have seen before and none of them stand out as unique. Even the combination in this iteration isn't exactly something i'd remember in the sea of characters that are out there. But that doesn't mean it's bad. The colors are decent and the lines are very good.

To give myself a point of reference i looked at popular chuubas. I looked at the talent page of hololive and even though i don't really watch JP chuubs, i do think a lot of them just end up not being recognizable. I do remember a lot of them, but only because they are already famous and their faces are everywhere. Personally i think one of the more memorable designs is subaru's because it's not overloaded and it's actually fairly unique compared to most other chuubas. The problem with them is that they are often very overloaded designs with ridiculously complex clothing. Aside from Subaru stuff like Marine's hat stands out because i sure as hell have never seen an anime girl with a tricone.

The easiest way to break out of this would be to have a "unique" eyecatcher. It can be an accessory but it must be something you designed specfically for the character. Nyanners catghost thinger comes to mind. It doesn't have to be one accessory only it can be your whole design too. Zentreya is a punk-rock-metal dragon waifu, and none of her accessories are unique to the model, but rather the entire composition stands out enough to be recognizable.

You said you are a "pastel goth loli" i think your design would fit in the latter category, because you are defining yourself by a whole style of outfit. Your character is a normal girl so just showing the face means you are percieved as such. You can now try to come up with a good overall outfit for her, OR you could work on a little hairpin like nyanners has to double as a brand logo. The latter could also be a lore piece or something. Maybe you have something like that already in mind or you could come up with something if you wanted. If there's a reason why your character wears something like that, the design gets more endearing.

As an example here are my models. The admiral (left) is very simple and has no real detail to it, but the artstyle is very unique. Her dead-pan face with that unique way to show the eyes make it the perfect punchline to every silly thing that happens to me and it drifts away from the standard anime style without being too alien. My second model, or at least the design of it is also not very memorable it's just an jrpg protag / adventurer, but i personally think seeing that in a vtuber context makes it a little bit novel again. yes there are hero vtubers out there or people who do this, but i plan to do more with the theme than just have a model.

None of these things are required to make it, and i don't think you should take these as actual advice it's just my thoughts about character designs. To be fair, the admiral isn't my character, i just have the permission to use the design.

If you want one solid advice, look at references. Pick out a design you like or even designs you don't like and pay close attention to them. Is there something you like or something you'd want to incorporate? Ultimately it comes down to how you want to be perceived as and even if that ends up being "bland" or "unmemorable", i don't believe for a second you cant rock it anyways and become popular. The more i learned about design back in the day, the more realized how extra the entire thing is. There's merit to a lot of it, but especially as a chuuba you have many more ways to get people's attention than just your model. Give it your best shot, but try to land on something that makes you feel comfortable. The model represents you afterall.

I totally get why Genshin is popular but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t surprised by its enduring popularity. I figured it was gonna be an early pandemic flavor of the month game and boy I was wrong. I’ve never played it before and might try it sometime. That might be the only way I get my artist and rigger to watch my streams lol

Most /asp/ chuuba's twitter either not active for a while, or just retweeting and posting twitch link("i'm start streaming!).
It may change it future when he/she start learning, or not learning at all, it's their choice.

Although they can just create a discord and do the same, it's not really difference since people won't click the twitch link mostly.

You can talk over any game but typically simple grindy games like this are easier because they require significantly less focus on both the streamer and the viewer's part. It's like the difference between doing a Chatting stream over a full on single player story-rich game and doing it over Minecraft or Solitaire.
