Wingman actually has one of the lowest (if not lowest) bullet velocity. However, the ammo efficiency and flexibility of the weapon is just that good and makes it a top tier weapons. There's simply no better choice for a solid anchor weapon. Charge rifle is only good if you have a safe position and have time to switch to another load out on engagement.
