Unless they get blown out very early, they get high kills and damage even when they end up very low in the ranks - sometimes with more kills and dmg than the winners.

JP Apex scene is very competitive so it ends up in teams Turtling (defensive positioning) till the end game, where you can have 10+ teams alive. Which is tactically interesting, but pretty boring to watch apart for the last few minutes.
StartEnd - Aqua especially, are in contrast very aggressive the entire run, which makes them by far the most exciting team to watch, even for the other competitors. Aqua also has the skill to back up her dives.
They 1v1, 1v2 and especially third party even in the early game, moving around a lot and mowing teams down... till they attract too much attention, get sandwiched and taken out, because they end up too exposed.
They attract attention anyway and frequently get sandwiched early game too, so might as well play as hard as you can while you can.
It's pretty much all Aqua leading the charge as the memes say.

Aqua is so flashy and aggressive and moves so smooth but Chihiro is really calm in fights. She just stood there and aimed down sights on her mastiff while Aqua tried to strafe around her and got then kill. that was the one proper 1v1 they had. It's close but I guess you have to say Chi is better? Chihiro has much stronger Teammates too. The best female gib in putechi and a ok plat with vsaikyou experience. Chihiro should finish ahead of Aqua but the last time the 2 teams fought her team has lost the teamfight to Aqua's team.
