Biggest issue is you buy into the bullshit lore too much. Most likely, they needed a girl to test the tech with and hired Sora. Then they built a mythology around Sora and A-chan to sell it. Sora's voice and demeanor would be perfect for ASMR. ASMR isn't easy to do well but if you like the streamer that's all you need most of the time.

Sora likes to keep busy with idol work and as a consequence is almost never available for big collabs, and other members don't approach her since they know she's busy. In other words, she's barely getting any collab buff, all while playing not stream-friendly games like JRPGs or Animal Crossing

it's kind of funny that for all of Hololive's popularity and for as many people make clips, the two seasons of the TV anime series she was one of the leads in was never subbed into English. she doesn't get enough opportunities to go limiters off and show off it's some of the rare examples where she gets to flex her acting skills as a trained professional.

Believe it or not, Sora actually has a few ASMR videos. They're pretty good! Then even managed to drag her to a KU100 for a few times for a magical 20 second segment. About a year ago she ran a stream with two microphones in a binaural-esk setup. That was fun.
