The thing about map games and 4x is that as long as you can create a narrative for your country or build a goal that the viewers can follow along with, these games can be incredibly easy to be invested in watching.

What made this one special - and why I've been shilling it for so long - is that you don't get lost in the chaos of micro. Lumi is great with games she can break down into a flow chart (probably in part because that's how you bus tables & do other service industry jobs in a way that leads to good tip generation) with short steps and less well when it's just lots and lots of noise.

Plus ES2 has a constant flow of stuff and things to either take, make or discover, but beyond the very essential resources you're free to pilot your stuff fairly free-form without getting fucked raw because a certain combo just wasn't good.
It's complex, it's challenging, but it's also very streamlined and dynamic.
I hoped she'd like it as much as she seems to have, but seeing it in actuality was amazing.
I wish Stellaris had even an 8th of the thought behind it. Though I guess that's the issue with sandboxes. Past a certain point you actually get to do less.

Phase Connect CEO literally said taking talents with their character already existing is not something he considered and it would mean that they acquire the rights to the model.

On top of that they take a much higher share of revenue compared to CyberLive and have more strict guidelines to follow.
There is very little interesting or Lumi anyway, the share to give is much higher than CyberLive and have more "guidelines" to respect overall.
There is no way Lumi would want to join Phase Connect unless they offer some insane contract and t hat's not happening it's not worth for theme there

Currently Vshojo is the best deal you can hope for in the west. The only other that competes is Hololive but with all the restriction, cut, game permissions and all overall Vshojo remains better for most people.
Holo views are mostly in constant slow decline while Vshojo has been inclining very well, already 3 are around 10k viewers and Ironmouse is officially the most subbed streamer on Twitch.
