She met a guy who said he could get her into the vtuber business in exchange for sexual favors. They had sexual relations, she got in to Hololive.
(Unclear how much he had to do with her getting in since he didn't work for Cover, he probably used his connections or something)
After she got in, he wanted to continue their relations, she did not. He then leaked the whole thing online. Then she got fired instantly, and no one ever spoke of it again.
There's also some video game stuff, but it's barely relevant, the major thing is what I wrote above.
