There are too many to just outright reccomend, could just look up "vtuber clips" and add in modifiers ie "english vtuber clips" and if they seem good chase them up via the included links.

Or just stick to clips if you enjoy JP vtubers but can't understand them without subs, sometimes translators will be in chat but don't expect that from alot of them

Korone from hololive quite often does much older games, primary language is Japanese but she does the whole cute engrish thing and lots of cute noises, source of many memes

Pomu isn't bad and because she primarily speaks english she is worth a watch, infact nijisanji english streamers are all solid (provided you ignore the bullshit from these threads, focus on the streams and their twitters for a comfy ride).

Selen Tatsuki. Check out the older videos on her channel, you've got done good middle era gaming stuff. Starcraft 1, Megaman, Serious Sam, Garry's Mod, Metal Slug.
