Just over 6 months ago now, I saw a thread on this board about a chuuba graduating. Everyone was pretty sure we knew where she would be going, so nobody really cared that much.
The problem is, she didn't show up there... or anywhere. And since then, not a single person has posted her in the occasional "graduated vtubers you miss" threads. It's like she was fucking erased from existence as some kind of horrific practical joke.
I literally have never watched this girl, but I still spent hours trying to think of excuses for why she wasn't back yet. I wanted to keep praying so that if by some miracle she showed up, I could feel like I somehow helped it to happen.
Eventually though, I had no choice but to give up. In truth, the overwhelming majority of chuubas really do mean it when they graduate; girls like Hana Flores are the exception rather than the rule. There's no reincarnation. There's no secret plan you can trust. There's no magical happy ending.
