It's a matter of conjugation more than something vague like "the core" of the narrative. If there's no intention of giving the husband focus, it's just not netorare although it IS, somewhat confusingly, "NTR", and I'd rather not write another autistic essay post about all the particulars of the supergenre's related terminology

Not to be silly about it though, I'm just trying to determine what'd be most useful for someone crawling the catalogue a couple months from now. I know that a typical /h/ browser, at least, would prefer the term "netori" to "netorare" in this case, which might result in readers that would otherwise be turned off by the tags. If people here can't tell the difference, then whatever

This thread had an earlyfag problem for a while where on the dot on bump limit an early thread got made with a style of posting it that made it very obvious a single person was doing it since they didn't even bother covering their tracks (Niji/Indie OP, [Character Name] edition thread subject, when the thread was posted from desktop the file format indicated they just saved it from danbooru).
This kind of built resentment and hatred towards them for many reasons. Especially since when there was a thread that wasn't to their tastes they shat it up and bumped the thread to make it go to bump limit faster. It sort of worked for them for a bit since duplicate threads got purged by jannies... until it didn't.
Recent yabs had caused a change in moderating policies where they were either too busy putting out fires or didn't give a shit and let two threads exist. One was a series of threads made by thread users, the other was an ironmouse thread the earlyfag desperately tried to keep alive. Eventually their schizo fake argument tactics bit them in the ass and got them banned, the ironmouse thread falling off and a brief period where the thread subject kinda matched what was being discussed...
Eventually a new earlyfag did appear of whoever made the OP here, they're pretty consistent at doing it around bump limit and having a naming format for their images but... they're tolerated by virtue of them posting chuubas with fics and discussion, doing the grunt work of posting the last thread summaries, and not doing anything schizo (yet)

Okay, before I say anything more I wanna clarify something: I'm not very hard to please. I haven't read much in my life, besides stuff that I had to for school, plus the books that I've read were in my native language and not in English. So even if I read greentext with elementary school vocabulary and it's written kinda creatively I will be satisfied. Now, let's continue:
I've always liked any type of media or literary work with this feeling. I've learned that this genre in fanfiction is called "fluff" when I first visited /wg/ not too long ago. It's the exact feeling that I was experiencing the whole time I was reading this story.
I can swear that you're brrat yourself writer, If not I kneel, you surely did great job with your research about Bae. From the expressions that the female main character was using, from the words she was speaking and the way she was behaving I was led to believe that it realy is Hakos Baelz herself and not some random female protag. You also followed the descrioption about the main male protag regarding his attutude about horror and since it is the same viewpoint that I have (that's why I described it that way) I was so immersed while reading the story. When I red the part where you were describing how they were procrastinating and at some point were watching Gura I chuckled a bit cause I actually really like Gura as well.
The idea of three different movies that are progressively scarier is also something that I thought was very clever. As the movies were getting scarier the characters were getting more and more scared till the little rat couldn't take it any more.

This part... man. The urge to save her was overwhelming.
The whole "trying to sleep and not think about horror" segment was amaizing but the hallucination part in middle of it cought me off guard. I was legitimately scared something would happen to Bae and I wasn't mentally prepared for that. I thought to myself: "Wait a minute, there were not any tragedy or horror tags attached to this story." In the end it was all good and in retrospect, I find it kinda silly that I was so emersed into it.
And last, but not least, events that happened in the next morning (more like afternoon) were extremely heartwarming.
All in all, for me your story is incredible. I was afraid that I put too much details in my prompt, plus I later found out that some writers like to have vague prompt so it leaves more freedom for them. It seems like you found a way to work with all of my unrelated ideas and details and connect them masterfully. Even though you did all of the hard work, I am kinda proud that this story was born from my prompt. Once again: thank you, I really appreciate it <3.

I think that kind of slow narrative voice change might be possible if the beggining and the end are the bits where the writer takes special care to make the right word choices and feeling, with most of the in between only 'following' the arc.
That is, the prologue specifically makes the narrator up tight, unemotional, and in control; while the ending is a barely coherent wreck, that goes on tangents that don't seem to go anywhere. While the middle part of the story is be free to be written in a normal voice that's slowly coming towards the unhinged ending voice as it nears it...
