A big part of Pippa's charm is that mask she wears when interacting with people slowly dropping as she becomes comfortable. Earning Pipper's trust and getting to see the real her, for better or worse, would make all the effort that much more meaningful. Seeing her real smile, hearing her real laugh, knowing that they are real and not some persona, and that you brought them out is amazing. So I've been trying to hire a witch to negate the obsession spell Pippa cast on us and I don't know where to start. How is it funny?
People who helped to create the platform were removed or silenced while "priority creators", so basically big news, music and tv stations get promoted and pushed in search results.
There is still room for people to make it in youtube, but not thanks to youtube, smaller creators rely 100% on fans, be it through patreon or direct donations.
Remember when animation was a big thing on youtube? There reason its not anymore is due to the fact youtube punishes you for creating short videos, thats why all "talk channels" went from 5 minute videos to 30 minutes.

They didnt run at a loss due to lack of revenue, but due to high costs. All money gets funneled into shady promoted creator and channel programs, 10billion$ is more than enough to cover server cost for decades, yet its not the server of employe costs that drain the money, Youtube employs very little people compared to money they make, 3000 people, which puts them at a medium sized company size.
Also Youtube is clearly breaking international law by enforcing US censorship platform wise while operating in almost every country, but good luck suing them.
And even ignoring financial or legal matters, there is always the fact YouTube never listens to the creators and always makes changes to hurt them and purge them from the platform to make room for big corporations, removing thumbs down, changing search results, dmca system that dosnt work, and finally the video prison where content can be locked behind a controversial brand even if it breaks no terms of service.
There is plenty of reason to hate how Youtube is managed.
