A small amount of washing is fine but I would definitely not recommend soaking them. Cute as they are, they're still relatively cheap and obviously not made for much wear and tear. I can straight up see the glueing in some places and it's not very strong. If washing has to be done then it has to be done, but it potentially hurts the shelf life of your nui. Oga seems to be the most problematic of my batch, since a lot of his details are glued on, followed by Rikka and Aruran. Miya and Temma seem to be the safest, though on all of them the bangs seem to be anchored with glue (though a significantly more sturdy one than the one used on the details). So if washing is a regular thing, be prepared to have to start sewing things back on.
