A small mistake is one thing. The fact cover apologized to fans AND to luna afterwards also is another difference.

The problem with Peko's and Astel's cases isn't about that their projects being cancelled, but about management's response. Both had plans in the works for months that abruptly ended by management sending them a short "sorry, can't do it^^" email, they didn't even bother to do it through a meeting.
