A lot of holos also fall into this category (Pekora, Korone, Marine etc.) but those holos are still individually powerful, while holo also has people chasing their grander dreams (Suisei, Watame, Calli etc.) and people organizing big collabs on their own (Towa mariokart tourneys, MikoMio MC sportsfes, hell even the chill Pekora managed to organize the summer fest with help from Botan etc.).

Nijisanji's business was predicated on "having every niche covered", but nowadays I can't think of individual Nijis with the same drive to organize stuff as the aforementioned folks. Niji MC summerfes was the first one to the scene but they just stopped it after the first one while holo has had three big events over the course of the past two years.

Tsunderia is one of the original small indie en vtuber companies, I think they were active before HoloEN debuted. They were the company that Kana used to belong to, and just from that statement alone you know how they've fared in general.
In general they are one of the unluckiest vtuber agencies that are still in business, despite being in perfect position to benefit from the en boom they've suffered from a series of unfortunate situations every they they seem like they've managed to incline, from menhera attacks to literal car accidents. Hopefully Miori represents a permanent incline for them.
