Imma be real with y'all, but one of the biggest reasons Mori is successful is because her music style is quite unique in this industry where most of the big vtubers are mostly singing Jpop. This coupled with the fact she's in Hololive and once again her music itself is so different from other Holos she instantly stands out. Like if you told me back in early 2020 that Hololive was gonna have a pink haired anime woman who raps debut in their upcoming English branch, I would've assumed it was just a shitpost but here we are.

Make no mistake though, it's still 100% Mori's hardwork, talent and passion that has gotten her to this point and it'd be great if everyone in EN can reach this level of success, but I'm just saying part of it is that Mori's music and style is unique in Hololive and the wider vtubing community.

As far as streaming goes, she managed to stream a lot this year, and release 20 tracks + EMI EP + practice for Fes/BDay. And the animation work was what put her over the edge.
Even if her process becomes slower because there are more hands and eyes on it, I really don't see her falling to Suisei levels of streaming.
