Finally got time to see the V△NGUMI anniversary stream. It's cute that their MC adventures together are still in their mind, though Nagao covering the entire Kaida apartment in a mountain will be a bigger project than the aquarium at this point. The clip Genzuki posted on Twitter 2 years ago of Kaida seeing the mountain was circulating around again. At the end they previewed their VP, seems to be an AU type of thing similar to Meschers one last year. Nagao was really hyper when recording it according to Kaida. And, they said there's something to look forwards to from them in the future and something tells me it's a song, I hope.
When Genzuki gets 3D they have plans to make videos together. When they did instrument & karaoke together in the past my dream was to see it in 3D, actually I'd want to see any livers actually play instruments and have a band in 3D instead of just kuroko so I hope they can achieve this. i feel you anon i always want to chat more with everyone but i don't know what people would even want to discuss. i always wonder why we're so much quieter than the stars thread (which is the only other one i read regularly) and i guess it's nice because less shitposters but it can get a bit slow/boring.
my oshi (akina)'s anniversary is coming up which is nice. i don't know why he's been moving so damn often lately, but i hope he's finally settled on a good place. he super duper doxed one of his old neighborhoods in mengen semi-recently, which isn't a good behavior to get into even if he doesn't live there anymore. he also said stalkers aren't all bad if they stalk you because they love you which... okay sweetie sure. but he seems to be in a really good place lately weird ramblings aside, and i'm happy he's been having so much fun with mayu and fuwa and being more open about his past-life utaite friends. he's grown a lot in this last year and i'm looking forward to celebrating it.

the moving thing is sincerely bizarre, particularly because moving costs SO much in tokyo (not that he can't afford it...) and most leases are two years. i thought he moved into a pet-friendly apartment when he did that sponsored moving stream more than a year ago, but even pet-friendly apartments can be kind of cramped and not good for actual pet ownership, so it made sense when he said he moved again for an apartment that was more comfortable for his cat, but moving AGAIN a month later feels kinda... lol. i'm just glad he has the money and resources to find a good place, and i hope that's all there is to it (or maybe he's finally fulfilling his dream of living near fuwa lol).
and i agree re: mayuyu. he's my second oshi (third is fuwa, so meschers hako) so it's such a relief to see him having fun streaming again.

I actually prefer when they don't talk about what they did offline all the time, not forever but it does feel more genuine. They've been hanging out quite a lot the last few months so it's nice that they can keep those moments to themselves.
Based on how Kuzuha would talk to his game pets and the way he talks to imadog being the same, can see Fuwa turning into an absolute baby talking retard. It will be disgusting and I would like to hear it. But, he said he wanted to get tested for cat allergies before getting one since he isn't 100% sure he isn't allergic, apparently people might develop it later in life?

Not too sure what you want to talk about, anon. I feel like Yomiya and VR are kind of cut off from the rest of Niji by some barriers. EN is mingling with everyone well, I think, and ID and KR are merging. Seems like all those other branches are more connected. I have seen some collab and appearances but not much.

Kind of wonder what will happen to the later gens because all the early gens of VR are decent in fanbase but later gens don't get as much attention. There has been concerts with just only 3 guys (Kouichi, Roi, Aza) there. I do hope later gen get the same opportunities and support eventually.

I do wish VR guys would collab with the other branches more. Kouichi being in the Nijiworld pico park collab surprised me, as I know nothing about him other than dota, and he left as soon as it ended to play more dota which was funny. Aza and Kanae collab was fun. Some girls like Nox and Karon chat quite a bit with the EN girls.
Makes me wonder if there are any VR members in the Niji world discord and who it'd be. Gwelu organizing that joke international Apex tourney was fun but there's a lot of opportunity to mingle via Apex...

Discord requires a VPN to access if you're in China. Most people can get one reasonably easily if they need one, but it's enough of a hassle that not everyone wants to bother. That combined with the language barrier probably means most of them aren't involved with the rest of the Nijisanji ecosystem at all.
Wish we could see more VR members, though. Apex seems to be our only hope...
