Nina's really good about interacting with her audience. I've watched pretty much every Ina stream since 2020 and I think she's replied to me to like 3 times. Not that I talk a lot in chat or anything. With Nina I've maybe watched 15 of her streams and talked to her like a dozen times, as a grey at that. That's Nijisanji and Anycolor's big problem. Their streamers are reclining, even the big ones like Kanae and Anycolor doesn't do anything to support them or the low tier ones to reverse that recline.

But that's Anycolor's philosophy and strategy though so it will be hard to combat the brand's and the company's decline. They throw people in the arena and just let them survive or die by themselves. I know I've been saying this since 2020, and it is generalization, but for many Niji JP, their streaming style feels outdated.

Like, a stream from today looks and feels exactly the same as a stream of theirs from 2018. This is because some of them were straight up coasting off past success. Niji was the biggest company around then, but if too many do this now, You just don't stand out when they's over 100.000 vtubers.
Unironically, the ones doing the most and hungriest are NijiEN, and then the excentrics like Gwelu, Toya and Mito, who do still stand out. (What happened to Noraneko? Don't hear anything about her anymore). Plenty at the top will keep having eyes on them of course, but we've seen the mid level for Nijisanji falling fastest.
If anything, this lower profile has been hurting the ID and KR branches most, who DID try a lot of stuff to get noticed since 2020 but are really only now catching wind after NijiEN made some waves and brought in a new audience.

I was worried that after the Coco situation Holo would go down this route and coast too, but the idol events are actually good to keep things fresh every month and don't give the girls time to settle too hard in 1 thing (like Matsuri did with daily Apex for too long)

Lui and Koyori are integrating in the Holobox pretty well, but La+, Chloe and Iroha are very inconsistent and don't really have outside of their gen cliques yet.
