Already happened. Thought I would never watch vtubers again, didn't for a few weeks just watched her archives, slowly started watching vtubers again, still felt sad for a few months, eventually found a new girl to support. Sometimes still think about her and check out some of my favorite streams every now and then over a year later.

I don't think my oshi would come back after she graduates, maybe a few twitcasts on her roommate every now and then but as a whole new vtuber? No way.
She came, she left her legacy in the books of chuubas, her name will always be remembered and I couldn't ask for more, even as a jp her deeds and doings are known among EOPs.
Once she's gone then I'm gone too, I was never someone who would watch streams or be a huge fan of someone like this to the point where I've sent at least one message in every livestream for the last year and a bit.
While she was on her hiatuses I tried for a very brief while to watch others but I couldn't last 5 minutes in any stream and in fact ended up unsubbing from every single holo channel with the exception of the Gen 1 girls because I just couldn't last watching anyone for more than 5 minutes even though I could easily watch her streams for hours on end, that's how I knew it was meant to be like that.
I feel like I'm in a prison of flower and roses, all I need is a bit of will power to break through and leave but the status quo is just so nice, so alluring, so comforting that I wish to stay until this prison withers away.

My oshi is Kanae and I know he will graduate one day, I know the suicidal clip gets passed around a lot but that's a fluctuating feeling he has but I think the stress of being unable to settle down and have a family will override his love for streaming. When he goes I will move on since everything I like about vtubing I learned via his connections. He knows too many people for me to not be reminded at him everywhere I go.

I don't think she's gonna graduate any time soon. She's genuinely one of the only chuubas who seemingly takes this job seriously (not saying that just because she's my oshi).
She loves this job. She has millions of loving fans and makes fuck you money, she loves it so much infact to the point where she was harming herself because she worked way too hard and got little to no rest.
Unless something extremely bad happens which would basically give her no other choice than to graduate, I strongly believe she would genuinely never quit this job if she could.
Speaking of something bad happening, this kinda gets me worried sometimes, because she did actually consider quitting beacuse of something bad happening in her family, but I mean that was a year ago and things have been looking up for her since then so I don't really think anything else bad possibly happening unless she ends up somehow overworking herself even worse and ends up in the hospital.
Now absurdly assumpting that she does decide to graduate voluntarily for some reason, I highly doubt that she'll reincarnate as her roommate or another chuuba. She's been a streamer for more than a decade at this point and if she'd quit VTubing, then she'd probably quit streaming for good to start a family (with me, of course).
Nevertheless, we should appreciate the time we spend watching our oshis and support them no matter what

I have no oshi and I don't watch v-tubers. I just check out drama around it, cause it's fun. Also I enjoy the feeling of superiority over you guys from not having fallen into the entire Japanese idol thing, which is clearly cynical and predatory, no matter the kind of idol it is (how real or not).

I was heartbroken when she graduated 1 year ago not knowing she was on her way to build something special. If she ever graduates nijien I don't know what I'll Do.
