There are so many chuubas, not enough attention for them all, and eventually some will get kicked off the hill in exchange for newer ones.

HoloKR would be an interesting experiment, considering a big reason why NijiKR struggles is that their potential korean audiences view them as traitors to the country for being under the umbrella of a japanese corpo. The livers there stay afloat mainly because many of them pander to the nips. One can only wonder if Hololive's brand power would help HoloKR overcome that stigma, or lead to them failing and turning into HoloJP/EN Lite.

And EN staff have had some screw ups, but again mostly positive stuff
Interestingly, while both ID and KR had local management, EN seems to have been managed from Japan from the start. Which I guess is a good sign for ID and KR post-merger.

For NijiKR, they were a mismanaged korean black company before Ichikara/Anycolor bought them out. Not much was done about the mismanagement until the recent merger. Koreans still give them the stink-eye over this. NijiKR members have been graduating either because of the awful management, or because they don't want to continue under the direct management of the japanese main branch.
