VShojo's setup is WAY different from Holo. They're so hands-off their talents may as well be indies. Quite literally they won't step in unless the talent requests it. The company's main workload is merchandise and organizing larger-scale opportunities like VILLS.

I don't necessarily believe Kson would be part of VSJP (though I do believe a JP branch is on the way)

Hypothetically, the smoothest way to do it would be to just absorb her whole team as part of VShojo JP. Currently I don't think they actually have anything more than HighGai and whoever runs the JP Twitter (aside from any staff/operations happening privately of course).

I don't know exactly what her setup is, if she's part of a company/agency or independently employing people, I don't follow Kson that closely. If it's the latter then it shouldn't be a huge problem.

The real issue is that Twitch isn't as big in Japan for streaming as YouTube. Not impossible to do decently on it but the real market for solely JP streams is on YouTube.
For similar reasons it's why you'll never see Hololive or Nijisanji ever consider talents primarily streaming on Twitch even though (might be controversial to say here) it would be a better platform business wise for EN streaming

Yagoo said he wants a more "yankee"ish guy for the stars, and I could imagine a person like that being both a big hit, but having more edgy humor. Twitch hates that kind of thing and I could imagine them getting whacked for it by them, especially if they don't do partner or whatever it's called. That's actually not true. Technically it's based on the individual contracts. A few channels (though rare) even manage to get a contract that let's them simulcast to both YouTube and Twitch at the same time
In theory Cover could negotiate a contract with Twitch that doesn't include exclusivity (not predicting it, just something that is technically possible).

Honestly I could imagine many of the talents choosing not to go on there just because of the potential added hassel. That and the fact that livestreaming trains you to speak your mind and talk a lot so as to not leave dead air only furthers the fact they may well hire someone who isn't a good enough self censor and fucks something up along the way.
