UsaKen is my favorite because the practicality of it's builds has propelled the server forward by saving them lots of time on basic/advanced needs and brought up the actual feeling of "competition" by having constant quarrels with the neighboring Oozora Ken, which in turn has always been the butt of the joke of the server companies, until it's magnum opus stood up and decidedly looks down on the rest of the server with all of it's omnipotence, leaving pretty clear you can't underestimate their boss...
I never cared for Akukin, their CEO seemed focused on mega structures with little purpose, but I gotta admit their recent construction relay was a genius move that can only be pulled by the sort of numbers and the variety it has, i hope they do more of that or else they'll go back into obscurity

The only thing I'm sure of is Oozora is way-way last; I'm torn between Usada and Akukin really as I like both Aqua and Pekora.

Since Aqua is kind of the underdog and got beaten to the punch on many of the most-useful server features like TTT and the iron farm, I'm rooting for her to figure out something useful that Pekora didn't do already. The potion shop is in theory very useful but it's more like most Holos can't be assed to learn how to use it vs the trading center (another super-useful Usada project) is more self-evident.

Also Haachama Constructions is a thing, even though it's just-her. Nevertheless it is very very visible, responsible for much of the visible art on the server with many big pixel works, the ferris wheel, the big touring death-coaster and the under-construction tower of babel.

So you can say:
>Haachama is all about architecture itself rather than functionality, has tried a bit of functionality wizardry but failed so far
>Akukin is usually functionality, but does have a flair for visual sometimes like the Halloween ride, the guardian farm is a pretty place to hang out in etc
>Usada is almost exclusively about functionality minus their office HQ - the iron farm is nothing pretty at all to look at, neither is TTT. The map logo and The Sorrow are some of the few things that come to mind for a project not intended to serve some essential function
>Oozora is generally architecture alone so far, and has made some tiny attempts at functionality but hasn't really made inroads besides a coal generator which is about as "ok whatever" as Aqua's cobblestone generator

UsaKen is nd will likely always be the top dog company as long as Pekora is there.
She simoly is the first to think outside the box and start projects.
All of Usakens projects are answers to the current needs of the server. Some of them might no lomger be as useful, but they were key to advance the server.
Moona proved to be an incredible adittion that meshed well with Pekora's farm autism. She now makes her own projects under usaken (like the recent Blaze Rod farm which is huge for potions and Eye of ender)

OozoraKen is here for the memes and content for Subaru. She really doesn't care much

Akukin is the story of the eternal second place.
They are the Pepsi of the Holoserver, if you are not good enought to join Usaken, Akukin will take you in.
Aqua is always chasing Usaken instead of just doing her own thing (like her fantastic underground system). As a result she now has a ton of low skilled, numberfagging holos that she has to watch like a hawk to see if they fuck up.
Flare is the only good addition she ever did, amd is likely she will leave once Bakatare starts operations.

UsaKen is a meme company run entirely by Moona, it lives and dies by her interactions with others. I guess Pekora builds something sometimes. She barely takes part in actual recruiting and Moona helps everyone around her because she's nice.
Akukin is pretty fun to follow because it's so informal and has a great history of Aqua being Aqua and her exploits with her group of friends.
Oozora is by far the most fun one just because it's been around since forever and Subaru always finds herself in the center of something silly happening, always wants to play with someone.

As much fun as open warfare would be, I feel like HoloMincraft is a drama within the "corporate espionage" genre. There's no real victory conditions, except the accumulation of prestige, presence and resources. Opposed to the clear objectives of the battlefield, the battle between corporations is waged in a psychological, out of the box, and even friendly way.
