Hey Sad, Genuine Smile writeanon, original prompt poster here. I recall you're looking for my opinion and I'll just say, I really enjoyed the story. The original prompt was just something I thought of in my haze of horniness for chuubas but you managed to make it compelling enough to keep my interest going. If there was anything I would criticize, perhaps the smut scenes move a little too fast, but I know you're working to improve on that, so all I can say is for you to keep working hard. I can see that you're clearly working on expanding the descriptiveness of the scenes, be it the smut or the usual scenes. You're good at conveying the pain of internal conflict as well, and I'm very confident that you'll only improve as you continue to write. Overall, I like the story enough that I don't think I need to write it myself, although if I did I would've roped in the whole of gen 4 bar tower. I'm really captivated by this story, it's really gotten me hooked. Right at the start, really were able to effectively capture the lackadaisical attitudes of papa DeWitt to the law, it honestly reminded me of the whole Martin Shkreli testimony. my main issue with the ending is that it was complete tonal whiplash. for the whole fic, both ayame AND anon were the fics protagonists and neither were the antagonist. they're both pretty shitty people but they're both also sympathetic. and the conclusion the story felt like it was building to is the both of them reconsiling and rebuilding their relationship. and then out of nowhere anon becomes the villain and all of his sympathy is removed and the rest of the fic is exclusively through ayame's perspective. it wouldn't even be that bad of an ending if it was an ending to a different story. so i honestly think horn breaking would be fine if the rest of the ending is more in tune with the rest of the fic.
