I do believe that recent versions of minecraft use an ID system so even 2 players with the same name can be identified as different ones by mods/admins.

Extract vtcraft v1.7z and you get a folder named "vtcraft v1". Put that inside instances folder inside multimc folder then restart multimc eg. C:\MultiMC210306_cracked\instances\vtcraft v1

In multimc click "Add Instances", choose 1.16.5 then click OK. Then launch it, go to multiplayer, click "Add Server", on "Server Address" put ahoy.048596.xyz in then click done.

Yubi server (needs legit account) (vanilla 1.16.5), : vt.yubi.market
Use uncracked multimc from multimc.org otherwise same procedure as Ahoy server but different server address.

Extra tip for performance

Extract somewhere. In multimc click on settings, go to Java tab, on the section labeled "Java path:" browse into jdk-15.0.2+7-jre\bin and choose javaw.exe (example: C:\jdk-15.0.2+7-jre\bin\javaw.exe)
Also change "Maximum memory allocation:" to at least 4000 MB
