Pretty much all of VShojo got big the same way. Vei just got lucky that she was found by a Japanese clipper who found her her initial audience. Zen was into VR Chat's early days when the scene was just starting out and it was easier to stand out. Nyan was in on Youtube during the early days and was a big fish in a significantly smaller pond. Snuffy got lucky with a viral clip, and even if she didn't chances are she would have gotten big since she was close to Nyan anyway. Silver and Mouse just so happened to get close to Mel, who was absolutely in the right place at the right time to generate huge hype around her own debut.

Talent does play a role, but luck is a huge factor in whether or not you "make it"

Silver struggles only when the other girls are on because she has a lot of crossover audience.
