In general clippers are discouraged from doing longer clips, there was a thing a long while back where somebody subbed a whole Shion stream and Cover took it down, and following that there was a rule of thumb going around about only being allowed to do a maximum of 25% of a stream by length or something like that which may or may not have come from direct sources. Depending on who you ask you might still hear people repeat it but the newest version of the derivative works guidelines doesn't mention anything like that. Either way with that line in the sand drawn clippers got pretty discouraged from doing large, thorough translation projects.

In any case holos accept official CCing support from fans on their streams only in pretty exceptional circumstances. If you want subbed Marine content then I'm pretty sure Maruyama ends up being the longest form content that is reliably subbed, they're on the main channel.

The problem with this specific game is that there is no final goal but to survive as long as possible and that makes it boring to watch even if Marine is a very good streamer, not even MC has this problem since the goal is always to build something, but Marine loves this kind of resource management games and now that I think about it why did she stop playing rimworld?

Although from my perspective I already know when she's being idiosyncratic and when she's fine, so I guess if you don't know you might end up thinking some weird things are normal if she's your only source of Japanese exposure. Especially prosody. Just don't watch only her and you'll be fine, 95% of what she says is pretty normal.
