/vt/ has this kind of thread culture balkanization problem that is similar to /vg/, where most of the threads share some degree of culture but they have their own different things.
The biggest difference with /vg/ is the size differences between those subcultures. Unlike /vg/, it's more hololive-permeated due to popularity, and hololive being an entryway for current vtuber fans who become sort of entranced by it, of which a sizeable amount start diversifying after the honeymoon period is over, or around 6 months or so from watching just holo (you can see OG /jp/hlgg/ pre-/vt/ viewers in other communities now, like the guy who flashbanged Ame in CSGO). It's as if most of /vg/ gacha generals were to be FGO flavored because most people started to play gachas through FGO.
We'll see (and we have already seen) more of a cultural divergence as the board matures, but it's only 1yo so it's basically a baby board in 4chin terms. In that sense, things like R.Rratman will be just a subculture thing, unlike the more broad ogey-rrat that will remain board-wide, with edits to fit each subculture.

So, doing some quick napkin math, if you EXCLUSIVELY count generals/splits, the board is 52~58% Hololive, with a margin of error for threads that aren't exclusively Hololive but will mainly be Holo-related discussion.
As another anon pointed out, though, JUST counting splits is a poor sample of the board as a whole. Like it or not, schizo rrat bait threads are part of the board's culture. And outside of very isolated incidents like Saurei's PR fiasco and Niji's weird fuck-up of the month, it's mostly Holos that get the schizo posting.
