To be fair they kind of dropped the ball with talent recruitment. There's a reason why someone like Kuzuha, despite not being an OG Nijisanji member, is now currently the top liver in the company and is good enough to challenge the Pekora's and Marine's of the world. He actually has charisma. He wasn't anywhere near as popular as this back in his indie days but thanks to the Nijibrand and Kanae, he's pretty much become THE Nijisanji liver.
