As a newfag to vtubers: they seem way more, I don't know, varied? Than Hololive, which I'm only bringing up because I'm sure comparing both is the point of this thread. I'm not a big fan of how often they have collabs between their male and female chuubas because I have absolutely no interest in males. I've also heard that they like spamming new chuubas all the time and I don't like that idea much because I feel it would be better to let a generation develop for long enough before moving on to the next one.
As for their vtubers, I like Meiji after fapping to a bunch of her doujins, and Alice because I love Alices. Never really got interested enough in any of their other girls to follow them, even though I can recall fapping to lots of doujins and lewd MMDs with them.

Honestly if you can speak JP either Hololive or Nijisanji offers a variety of streaming contents because at the end of the day, they are streamers. The Niji males are more fun to watch individually I think, but for females there's a bunch of variety between the two companies, except for Mito who is basically NND incarnate if you're into that culture.

I have no opinion on the EN on both sides, but it looks like NijiEN males are even more gay than I thought. Kudos to them to go into that niche though.
