As others said, proportions look weird. Make eyes smaller and bring them down, face is also long but with eyes in the midpoint it should be all right. I'm gussing this is your first avatar so its servicable for now.
design wise it looks quite generic. Either add more details like different colored strand of hair, more jewelry, facial paint or other design elements that will make you stand out.
