In general over time more people have gotten better at the game/into the game and tryhard more (happens with most serious PvP games). Since Pred is a fixed number of people, mathematically in some sense Pred should be getting harder over time.
I think this is generally true, but Diamond/Master have been getting easier, especially with the current ranked changes that give a lot of points to placement. So this season in particular, there are a lot of Masters who should really be in Diamond (or even Plat). What this means for Pred is that teams which can farm the most and play the most are rewarded, and the Pred cutoff is quite inflated. I would say in some sense if you are at that level and are willing to commit to the grind, then it would be "easier than before", but that's more a qualitative judgment based on the expression of skill you need to perform the optimal strategy, plus a judgment on the quality of these Pred/Mas lobbies.

It's more than enough time to improve, the only question is to what extent she improves. Considering she is still very much a gold shitter there is a lot of simple little shit she can improve on in a short amount of time. Dumb decision making being the easiest one there.

Don't really know why you keep referring to them as my idols, either. Outside of Suisei and Towa the large majority of my time spent watching chuubas is Vspo. Even then with how little Suisei streams I still end up watching much more Vspo than her.
